Who we are

We are an small independent flatsharing agency and have been successfully matching flatmates since 1998. It is now free to register and advertise on our website on www.share-a-flat.co.uk.

Share-A-Flat now provides both Domestic and Commercial Energy Performance Certificates  in the London, Middlesex and Hertfordshire area. From 1 Oct 2008, an  EPC is compulsory for domestic and Commercial properties,  whether rented or sold. Our panel of very select Commercial and Domestic Energy assessors are independent, fully qualified and insured to issue the EPCs

Pricing

Domestic EPC (with floorplan): £100 + VAT.

Commercial EPC: from £280 + VAT.

Share-A-Flat also offers a complete Home Information Pack Service for £250 + VAT (freehold properties) and £280 + VAT (leasehold, share of freehold and commonhold properties) which includes an electronic copy of the pack.

We offer a straigtforward service and fees are payable on order. 

Referral Fee

Share-A-Flat also offers a referral fee which can be added on to our original pricing. This fee will be collected from your client directly.
